Construction materials create carbon during their own production and add to the life-cycle of carbon emissions. Our vision is to utilise building materials that produce the least carbon.

SUSTAINABILITY
Carbon compounds form the basis of all known life on earth and is a bi-product of the rest. Carbon is essential to all known living systems, and without it, life as we know it could not exist.
Alarmingly, approximately 40% of all landfill comes from the building industry alone (of which 91% is potentially recyclable).
As carbon constitutes approximately 50% of timber building material, our goal is always to re-purpose, re-use and re-cycle what’s available rather than building from the ground up.

PROJECT PHASES
PHASE ONE
PRE-CONSTRUCTION: This phase requires frequent interaction with the architect and client to ensure the vision is able to be brought to physical form without compromise.
PHASE TWO
CONSTRUCTION: Working with trusted subcontractors, we retain accountability through the entire build. From sequence to production & quality control, we stay focussed on the ultimate goal.
PHASE THREE
POST-CONSTRUCTION: After completion of your renovation project, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction
