BRUTALIST ARCHITECTURE REFRESH CURRENTLY IN CONSTRUCTION

The 1970s “architectural gem” designed by late architect Kevin Borland to feature an indoor tropical garden, floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, a ramp walkway to the first floor and a yellow galley kitchen.

The house features the use of natural materials, Mr Borland created the angular home just down the road from the Harold Holt Memorial Swim Centre, which he built in 1969.
